Authorities recovered videos from the couple’s cell phones that showed concerning treatment of Angelina, with the footage revealing a visible decline in her physical condition over time.
The recordings appeared to show the couple withholding food as a form of punishment, and in one instance, Miller was seen acting aggressively toward Angelina while involving another child.
Miller stated that Emile was responsible for caring for their children while he was at work and claimed she had told him that Angelina’s injuries were caused by her siblings.
Angelina sadly passed away that evening. The couple’s two other children were placed into protective care for their safety.
