Ellen writes, “We had to bid Augie farewell yesterday.” He was quite appreciative when we saved him twelve years ago. He loved us very much. We shall miss him. No one else will ever be like him.
For more than ten years, Ellen and her wife Portia de Rossi have included Augie, a Beagle-Chihuahua mix, into their fur family.
Married since 2008, the couple also has two tuxedo cats, George and Chairman, and two more dogs, Mrs. Wallis Browning, a purebred Poodle, and Kid, a Poodle-Maltese mix.
