Lana Rhoades admitted she ‘didn’t know how to say no’
Since she left the adult film industry in 2020, Lana Rhoades has been outspoken about her regrets about her time there.
The former adult actress talked candidly about the mental and emotional challenges she encountered as a result of her work on her previous podcast, Three Girls One Kitchen.
She acknowledged the negative aspects of the field and disclosed that her experience there had a long-lasting effect on her mental well-being.
Lana finds a specific scene she captured very unsettling.
She claimed to be in “denial” about what had transpired during the filming because it was so upsetting.
“I feel like I’m in denial sometimes and I can’t accept some of the things that I’ve done,” she added, describing it as one of the worst. You know, I tried talking to a therapist about something I had to do for a scene that was incredibly difficult for me in the past.
