Rep. Anna Paulina Luna Claims Tory Lanez Didn’t Shoot Megan Thee Stallion — Cites Ring Cam Evidence

“This is about due process and whether a person was sentenced without all the facts being known or presented,” Luna said.

However, the Ring cam video remains sealed, pending an appellate court ruling. Luna says she is actively pushing for its release so the public can decide for themselves.

Pardon Effort Underway

Luna and Lanez’s supporters are also petitioning California Governor Gavin Newsom to pardon the rapper — who was reportedly stabbed in prison last week.

Lanez was convicted in 2023 of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, carrying a loaded unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.

Megan Thee Stallion Responds

Megan, who has consistently maintained that Lanez shot her, reportedly hasn’t taken the latest developments lightly.

She recently referred to Lanez as a “freakin’ demon”, reaffirming her stance in the face of renewed efforts to exonerate him.
