When convicted scammers are featured on “DWTS,” Whoopi Goldberg shamelessly attacks her own network.

The well-known “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg has openly attacked ABC for including fraudster and convicted criminal Anna “Delvey” Sorokin on their hit program “Dancing With the Stars.”

Despite her continuing legal troubles, which include wearing an ankle bracelet for house arrest, Sorokin, who became well-known for tricking New York’s elite and financial institutions by pretending to be a rich socialite, has been granted a slot on the program.

Goldberg’s displeasure with ABC’s choice was made clear on a recent episode of “The View.” In order to vent her aggravation, she made a clear analogy between Sorokin’s present predicament and the suffering of others who had encountered difficulties with ICE.

“I think about the families who have had ICE arrest family members and have gone to court to get their father, brother, or mother back, and they allowed this woman to go do this.”

Should I believe there’s a reason now? Does ICE have a two-tiered system here? Goldberg asked. Originally from the former Soviet Union, Sorokin was found guilty in 2019 of a number of offenses, including grand larceny and theft of services.

Her tale, in which she pretended to be an affluent socialite with an alleged net worth of 60 million euros, served as the inspiration for the popular Netflix series “Inventing Anna.”

Because the Netflix movie made Anna Kendrick feel “gross,” she gave the full proceeds to charity.

Social media users criticize a “sexuality expert” for making the strange notion that parents must get CONSENT before changing their baby’s diaper, saying, “This goes way beyond lunacy.”
