It accomplished this in a style that is distinctly “Shadows”: with a song, a dance, a fantastic satire of popular culture, and just the perfect amount of banality.
“Shadows” produced dozens of consistently funny episodes, regardless of whether it went highbrow, lowbrow, or some extremely strange area in between. There aren’t many long-running comedy.
