Since she left the adult film business in 2020, Lana Rhoades has been outspoken about her regrets about her time there.
The former adult actress spoke candidly about the mental and emotional challenges she encountered as a consequence of her work on her previous podcast, Three Girls One Kitchen.
She acknowledged the negative aspects of the field and said that her experience there had a long-lasting effect on her mental well-being.
Lana finds a certain moment she captured very unsettling. She claimed to be in “denial” about what had transpired during the filming since it was so upsetting.
“I feel like I’m in denial sometimes and I can’t accept some of the things that I’ve done,” she added, describing it as one of the worst. You know, I tried talking to a therapist about something.
