Because of the “imposition” of a “new religion” of transgenderism, Richard Dawkins has resigned from an atheist charity.
After the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) suppressed an essay endorsing the idea that gender is biological, evolutionary scientist and atheist Prof. Dawkins resigned from the organization’s board on Saturday.
After removing the post on its website, Prof. Dawkins accused the group of giving in to the “hysterical squeals” of cancel culture, claiming that publishing it was a “mistake.”
He resigned when two other scientists, Steven Pinker and Jerry Coyne, accused the foundation of using the “dogma, blasphemy, and heretics” of a religion to impose their ideas.
The scientists resigned after Kat Grant’s article, “What is a Woman?” on FFRF’s Freethought Now! website last month,
