A new legal obstacle has emerged for Rick Ross: a man has sued him, alleging that Ross failed to make his auto exhibition accessible to anyone with disabilities.
A man named Darris Straughter is suing Ross for what he claims is an unfair business practice. Straughter claims that Ross advertised his car show as a chance to visit his property,
but he never got the chance because a wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus never showed up, even though Straughter claims he was assured multiple times that one would.
According to Darris, he sold his vehicle to pay for the ticket, housing, and transportation to Rick Ross’s vehicle & Bike Show.
He also asserts that he contacted the venue two weeks before the event to inform them that he required appropriate accommodations for his wheelchair.
