A man with a disability sues Rick Ross over an automobile show because he was unable to see the wheels from his wheelchair.

Despite his repeated requests, the shuttle promised by the auto show organizers to transport him from the parking lot to the event never materialized, he asserts. He returned to his room after becoming frustrated and giving away his ticket.

John Hoover Esq., Darris’s lawyer, and he claim that the event organizers offered refunds to those who did not get in, but that no one ever contacted him about it.

In his lawsuit against Rick, he claims that Rick violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, breached the contract, and engaged in unfair enrichment.

He is seeking damages as well as an injunction mandating that the auto show give impaired access going forward. No response from Ross despite our best efforts.
