The video was published on Twitter by @ajtourville, who speculated that SpaceX would get approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under Donald Trump’s administration.
He stated: “Under Trump’s FAA, @SpaceX could even get Starship Earth to Earth approved in a few years – Taking people from any city to any other city on Earth in under one hour.” Musk’s response was, “This is now possible.”
With one of the fastest commercial airplanes arriving at around 1,061 km/h, the rocket’s top speed might reach 27,000 km/h. What a difference. However, Musk tweeted in 2019:
“1000, since all seats would be ‘coach’ & no pilot area, restrooms, or food galley would be required.” “The average flight would last just 15 to 20 minutes. In essence, it’s an ICBM that lands at Mach 25.
“That would be unwise,” he continued in response to a question about whether passengers would be free to roam about throughout the journey.
Like Disney’s Space Mountain roller coaster, it most likely requires a restraint system. You would leave on a different continent, but it would feel a much like Space Mountain.
