Lincoln County Coroner Dan Heavin told the Post-Dispatch. She died from a fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose, according to an autopsy.
The infant’s safety was apparently seriously threatened by the presence of narcotics around the house, even though it is still unknown how the chemicals entered her system.
The general consensus was that fentanyl may have found its way into the formula or onto the pacifier. According to the Post-Dispatch,
Wood said, “It might have been on the clothes.” “Because fentanyl can be consumed or it can enter through the skin.”
All six of the people involved in Ty’Ann’s killing were charged by the prosecutor’s office. Both of them are charged with second-degree murder and endangering the welfare of children.
Rodriguez, Walton, Gabriel Clark, Dillon Clark, and Evan Hausermann were taken into custody by police and placed under a $500,000 cash-only bail at Lincoln County Jail.
