After winning the playoffs, Jeremy Reaves of the Washington Commanders proposes to his girlfriend on the pitch.

The Washington Commanders’ first postseason appearance in four years was just a taste of what safety Jeremy Reaves had in store.

On Sunday, December 29, immediately after the Commanders’ 30-24 overtime victory against the Atlanta Falcons,

Reaves, 28, proposed to girlfriend Mikaela Worthy on the pitch at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland.

A Commanders fan posted a video of the full proposal on social media, showing Reaves dragging Worthy from the seats, getting down on one knee, and removing a ring.

The boisterous audience cheered as Worthy, obviously taken aback, covered her lips and bowed down before responding, “Yes,” and kissing Reaves.
