At 105, the oldest surviving Pearl Harbour survivor passes away.

At the age of 105, Warren Upton, the oldest survivor of the 1941 Pearl Harbour bombing, passed away on Wednesday. According to Kathleen Farley,

The state head of the Sons and Daughters of Pearl Harbour Survivors in California, Upton passed away from pneumonia, the Associated Press (AP) reported. In front of his family,

The 105-year-old passed away after a brief hospital stay, according to a Facebook post from Pacific Historic Parks. Additionally, Upton was the final person to survive the USS Utah.

The United States entered World War II on December 7, 1941, when Japanese aircraft started attacking the naval station.
