Due to their inability to fulfill gender eligibility requirements, the International Boxing Association (IBA) barred Khelif and another fighter from competing in last year’s world championships.
But the IOC said such tests were completely wrong and banned the IBA because of governance problems, corruption allegations, and Russian links.
