“It is anticipated that the new vaccine will offer enhanced defense against the Omicron subvariants that are currently circulating in Washington.”
Some Australians are more susceptible to serious virus-related disease because of compromised immune systems or recurrent exposure.
According to Dr. Armstrong, “Covid can cause life-threatening complications, especially among older adults and people with underlying medical conditions.”
Compared to other times of the year, there is a greater chance of infection spreading over the Christmas season since individuals may be out interacting with friends and family.
