According to The Associated Press, the company has issued seven recalls for its Cybertruck alone this year.
The NHTSA said that “a fault in the drive inverter,” which was the focus of the Cybertruck recall last month,
“may cause a loss of drive power to the wheels.” There were around 2,400 cars in the recall. If so, Tesla promised to replace the drive inverter at no cost.
Tesla recalled over 1.8 million cars in July after learning that some of them had hoods that were inadvertently popping out.
