Following Luigi Mangione’s attorney’s criticism of Mayor Eric Adams for participating in the perp walk, many are nodding their heads in agreement.

Is charged with many murders, including stalking, murder as an act of terrorism, and using a weapon to commit murder.

Mangione entered a “not guilty” plea to the charges earlier today. Furthermore, Karen Friedman Agnifilo, one of his attorneys,

Expressed worry at the court appearance about Mangione’s “right to a fair trial,” stating that “Like every other defendant, he’s entitled to a presumption of innocence.”

Friedman Agnifilo went on to say, “His rights are being violated,” referring to Mangione’s extradition from Pennsylvania to New York last week, when he arrived by helicopter.
