On trial for the 1980 murder of seven-year-old Anna Bachmeier, Marianne Bachmeier took matters into her own hands by shooting her daughter’s murderer to death, according to the Sun.
The event started when the town was shocked by the discovery of Anna Bachmeier’s body on May 5, 1980. Later, Klaus Grabowski confessed to the horrible crime and was put on trial.
After his fiancée informed the police, Grabowski confessed to killing the little girl, which resulted in his incarceration.
Additionally, there were rumours of potential sexual assault, which Grabowski denied. However, there were serious worries about his previous criminal record for child molestation.
