According to the Times, Tom volunteered to cover the salaries of all 50 builders personally after learning about what was happening, but studio executives stepped in.

Tom will portray Harry, a “fixer” who assists in resolving disputes between rival gangs in Guy Ritchie’s Fixer, which is scheduled to debut in 2025.
