Jeff Bezos refuted a rumor that he would wed his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, next weekend in a grandiose ceremony that will cost $600 million in Aspen, Colorado.
The founder of Amazon posted on X Sunday morning, “This whole thing is completely false — none of this is happening.”
The proverb “don’t believe everything you read” has never been more accurate than it is now. He went on to say, “Lies can now travel the entire world before the truth can catch up.”
Then, Bezos cautioned his supporters to “not be gullible” and “be careful out there.”
