Luigi Mangione enters a not guilty plea to the charge of killing the CEO of UnitedHealthcare.

His lawyer, Karen Friedman Agnifilo, has expressed her reservations about the 26-year-old getting a fair trial.

“He’s a young man and he’s being treated like a human pingpong ball by two warring jurisdictions here,” she told CNN.

“They’re treating him like a human spectacle.” Mangione is facing several different counts in Pennsylvania related to a 3D-printed handgun and fraudulent identification in addition to the state and federal charges.

According to reports, these goods were discovered in his possession when he was taken into custody at an Altoona McDonald’s.
