Olympic athlete Sharron Davies has been called a “fanatic” and a “homophobe” by trans advocates after her stunning remarks on transgender beliefs.

Every single one of them is a household name and has won an Olympic medal or a world championship. Men made up over half of them.

Out of those 60, only five have ever raised their heads over the parapet. Decathlete Daley Thompson, who is among the few who have spoken their opinions on the matter, has not experienced the same hatred, the swimmer said.

According to Davies, many male sportsmen have not supported her in her battle against trans women participating in sports, and she has received sexist abuse.

“Daley has exactly the same opinions and says exactly the same things, and he receives a hundredth of the abuse I do,” she claimed.

The movement seems to be entirely focused on men’s rights. The phrase “be kind” has historically been used to disparage women.
