Parents give their kid a deplorable moniker that bullies supposedly used before he committed himself.

 

“The District failed to take the necessary remedial measures in spite of knowing about the ongoing bullying and harassment.

The lawsuit claims that Sammy became enraged by this heartless disregard for his safety and even told [his father], “They don’t listen to me, daddy.”

According to the lawsuit, the school engages in “victim shaming and victim blaming,” and the administration insisted.

That the bullying was a “Sammy problem,” with him being the one who started it and being tormented “because of his’mental problems’.”

The Greenfield-Central Community School Corporation allegedly linked WRTV, the news organization that broke the story first, to a previous statement when WRTV contacted them for comment after the filing.

“Any community is devastated when a kid commits suicide, and Greenfield was obviously in shock for a few weeks when we ended last school year.
