The team behind “Hawk Tuah Girl,” Haliey Welch, finally reveals the “truth” about what transpired after supporters lost “life savings” purchasing her cryptocurrency.

Some fans complained on X that they had lost their “life savings” as a result of their purported losses. Others demanded that the celebrity face legal action.

Haliey has denied any misconduct as rumors of litigation from individuals impacted mount, claiming that her staff made every effort to avoid such results.

“We tried to stop snipers as best we could through high fees in the start of launch on @MeteoraAG,” Welch said in response to the problem on social media.

In addition to Haliey’s remarks, on Monday, December 16, her $HAWK platform, overHere, released a statement outlining their goals and the difficulties they encountered during the launch.

“We Only Built Airdrop Tech for Web2 Fans, for Free,” was the platform’s opening statement, summarizing their goals for the project.

We believed that $HAWK was the ideal application for our startup’s concept, which was to introduce airdrops to Web2.
