The ‘unseen viewpoint’ of the 9/11 Twin Tower collapse was re-released after 23 years.

On July 23, 2024, Kei Sugimoto shared his original video, which he had taken “from the roof of 64 St Marks Place in NYC on a Sony VX2000 with teleconverter” on September 11, 2001, on YouTube.

He has later spoken about how he first believed the building had caught fire, but he realized what was happening after seeing the second aircraft and its hit.

“I had just assumed it was an accident and there was a fire,” the now 46-year-old recounted in an interview with LADbible.

“When I saw the second aircraft crash, I realized that this was definitely more than an accident. This is deliberate. He said, “It’s a terrorist attack.”

Since then, his video has gone popular on websites like X, where viewers claim it displays “new angles of the collapse.”

One person said, “This footage offers a unique perspective not seen from the south or east.” “This is the first time you have ever seen these angles.”
