“[He] had a voracious appetite for ideas and people and the crazy variety and irony of life,” Conan said, referring to his father.
He wanted to see and taste everything, meet everyone, and go to every place. “I’ll be getting calls from people who want to talk to me about my dad for the rest of my life,” Conan said.
“He’s my father, and I’ve never encountered anybody like him. I would ask myself, “Who the hell is this guy?”
