Trump’s bid to reverse the E. Jean Carroll judgement is denied by the appeals court.

To testify on Trump’s alleged sexual assaults of them during the first trial. Trump has refuted the two women’s allegations.

Trump also criticised Kaplan for allowing a portion of the now-famous “Access Hollywood” video to be used as evidence.

Trump is heard on the 2005 video telling Billy Bush, the anchor of Access Hollywood at the time, how he kissed and grabbed women without getting their permission.
