Breakfast will consist of fruit, cereal, breakfast cake, and skim milk and will be served at 6:00 AM on Christmas morning. The same breakfast will be served on Christmas Eve, except pastries will be served in place of the cake.
Inmates will get a choice of baked Cornish hen or BBQ tofu for Christmas lunch, along with dinner rolls, cranberry sauce, macaroni and cheese, spinach, a seasonal dessert, and a drink.
Two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread, potato chips, fruit, and a drink will be served for Christmas supper. On Thanksgiving, the institution serves the same dish.
The supper menu on Christmas Eve will include baked sweet potatoes, mixed veggies, whole wheat bread with margarine, turkey roast or Navy beans, and a drink.
According to TMZ, a source has also disclosed how the prisoners would get into the Christmas mood as December draws.
