Republican Representative Eli Crane of Arizona posted on X Wednesday, asking, “So Congress is failing the American people AGAIN and handing itself a raise in the process?
“This stuff cannot be made up. I’m going to vote no. “It seems hypocritical to raise salaries for’sausage making,'”
Republican Representative Victoria Spartz of Indiana said in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “If we were in charge, I could understand.”
