His younger brother, Logan’s wife, and his stepdaughter currently reside with Logan. While the matter is being handled, Logan has been given interim guardianship of the child.
Timothy Treffinger, Logan’s lawyer, clarified that the dispute will change to one of custody if the DNA test identifies Logan as the father. It will continue to be a guardianship issue, though, if he is not the father.
Given that Logan and the infant would share DNA with Logan’s father, Theodore Gifford, establishing the boy’s paternity could be challenging.
Logan has stated that he is determined to support his younger brother regardless of the paternity test results.
“To sit here and say that my brother may be the product of my sexual assault is a very visceral thing to think about as a male survivor,” said the man. But now he’s here.
Nothing can be undone by going back. Additionally, he is entitled to a comfortable, childlike quality of life.
