A young woman who has been unable to urinate for almost six years has been diagnosed with a rare condition.
In December 2018, 27-year-old Bath, England resident Anna Gray began to have symptoms after waking up one night and being unable to urinate.
“Everything had gone perfectly the day before! First, I was unable to urinate no matter how hard I tried.
I was also unable to urinate even after drinking water on a regular basis, sitting in the bath for extended periods of time, and listening to the sound of flowing water,” she told Metro. It continued for five days.
Gray claimed that even after informing her doctors that laxatives weren’t helping, they were unable to think of any other options.
