I had no genetic predispositions, and I was tested. After suspecting internal hemorrhoids or ulcerative colitis, the tumor was discovered during a colonoscopy.

The anonymous lady continued by discussing some of the symptoms she has been having lately, some of which are confusing for other illnesses.

“Starting in December of last year I had dark blood and mucus in my stool, my stools were thinner than normal, and I was going number 2 multiple times a day when I was usually a one and done,” she said.

“My PCP recommended a colonoscopy when I visited him in January, but I postponed it since my deductible had reset and I didn’t want to pay for it until my symptoms healed.

“I woke up from the colonoscopy to the doctor telling me they found a mass, and we finally scheduled it for early April.”

Because the symptoms of colon cancer may be quite similar to those of “extremely treatable” ailments, the lady recommended individuals who are experiencing.
