The same witness testified at the hearing that she had “smoked ice” with Beilby and Sikorsky before she passed away, claiming the man was “high 24-7.”
Sikorsky allegedly “always” had a gun about him and had admitted to acquaintances that he had money and narcotics in the barrel where Beilby’s body was eventually discovered.
Before she passed away, Larissa Beilby suffered blunt force injuries to her head, neck, and limbs.
She may have asphyxiated after being gagged, but her body’s decomposition made it impossible to determine the cause of death.
A skilled forensic pathologist, however, told the court that she had “never seen anything like” Beilby’s injuries.
