The male client informed the staff that she had nothing to do with the refund request. He maintained that she had no justification for being so agitated about the issue.
“It’s not related to you,” he said. “I’m not even sure why you’re upset.” The second Burger King employee at the window,
however, said very little or nothing during the whole. She seems agitated as she handles receipts. It’s unclear whether the consumers were worried about this boss in particular.
The bigoted employee is apparently no longer employed at Burger King. Her employment at the fast-food restaurant has been terminated.
“This team member’s actions do not reflect the values of the Burger King brand,” a Burger King representative told the Miami Herald.
