After reportedly exceeding the blood alcohol limit three times, Acosta was first charged with felony DUI and later released on bond.
She is currently facing additional charges of murder, vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated and inflicting harm, and allowing a kid to suffer in a situation that could result in serious physical harm or death.
Acosta is being jailed without bail after being arrested again. She might be imprisoned for life if found guilty of all the counts.
