A contestant for Miss Universe Reacts After Being Body Shamed

A contestant with a “full figure” who wore a silver swimsuit to the Miss Universe Pageant received body shaming because she was too curvaceous to be a beauty queen.

She then retaliated against the detractors who had called her some fairly deplorable names.

After being called a “whale” by unkind critics, the first plus-size woman to compete in Miss Universe has answered.

In the Miss Universe 2023 competition, 22-year-old Jane Dipika Garrett represented Nepal. She strutted out on stage during the swimsuit competition, showcasing all of her curves.

Being the first female competitor who wasn’t the usual size of beauty pageant competitors, Garrett created history.
