Child abuse is one of several charges against a couple from Kentucky. The two were dissatisfied with their small child’s schoolwork.
Ricky and Nichole North are accused of choosing punishment over helping the youngster improve their situation. Furthermore, the penalty was severe and maybe lethal.
Fortunately, the child is no longer in their custody and should never be brought back. They have now been taken into custody and may have to serve time in prison.
The Middlesboro Police Department posted a statement on Facebook claiming that Ricky and Nichole North mistreated Ricky’s 5-year-old son “on numerous occasions.”
According to the statement, on March 30, 2025, the couple was taken into custody.
