In addition to Cole’s accusations of weapon possession and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, both defendants are charged with aggravated assault and criminal attempted armed robbery.
Cole is a convicted criminal who was sentenced to 10 years of a 20-year jail term for an armed robbery in 2013. After spending just half of the period, he was freed in May 2023.
