After being refused admission to the facility, the Democrats reportedly started yelling at ICE authorities and tried to storm the gates, according to law enforcement officials.

Baraka received many warnings from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officers prior to being handcuffed and taken into prison. During the commotion, Rep. McIver was seen allegedly touching federal agents.
Although law enforcement authorities have acknowledged that there was physical. contact, they have not yet revealed if further charges will be brought.
