Trans women who have been “taking continuous hormone therapy under medical supervision for a period of at least 24 months” are eligible to compete in gender-based divisions, under the Disc Golf Pro Tour’s (DGPT) gender eligibility standards.
In order to compete, trans athletes who were designated male at birth must also keep their testosterone levels below 2.0 nmol/L.
Adult cisgender men typically have testosterone levels between 8.7 and 29 nmol/L, while cisgender women typically have levels between 0.29 and 1.67 nmol/L.
