In a desperate attempt to save his life, the family of a father of four killed in an Israeli shark attack stated he tried to bat the monster away.
During the fatal event that took place on Monday, April 21, at Hadera’s Olga Beach in front of frightened beachgoers, Barak Tzach vanished beneath the waves.
The father, who was in his 40s, was swimming in the sea near the largest power plant in the nation when he was hit by the shark, as shown in horrifying video.
Following a large search for Tzach near the Mediterranean coast, teams on Tuesday evening, April 22, found what they believe to be his remains.
They were determined to belong to Tzach after forensic analysis in Tel Aviv.
Police said the search would continue ‘to locate new findings’ in response to the development, Israel National News reported.
