According to court filings, a Florida nurse who reportedly raped her underage stepson will be deposed and questioned over the alleged horrible assault.
Last summer, 34-year-old Alexis Von Yates was taken into custody and accused of sexually abusing an unidentified adolescent who was three years younger than the legal consent age in Florida.
The child will be deposed on June 20 via Zoom call and questioned over the alleged occurrence, according to new court documents filed last month in the case.
Lawyers and an official court reporter or law enforcement officer will question the boy.
“The purpose of the deposition is discovery, trial use, or both of the aforementioned, or for such other purposes as are permitted under the applicable and governing rules,” it states.
