The youngster described to authorities how Von Yates had started raping him and how they had heard the garage door open in an arrest request that describes the assault in extraordinarily graphic detail.
However, the youngster claims that they continued, and that his father, Frank Von Yates, entered and yelled, “What the f**k is going on?” at the alleged sight of his wife raping his son.
After allegedly starting tossing objects, he is accused of calling Von Yates a “c***” and a “child predator.”
In addition to telling authorities that he was a virgin at the time of Von Yates’ attack, the kid also said that the week before the attack, she had made a crude joke about him seeing “step-mom pornos.”
