Police think a doctor accused of killing 15 patients in three years may have murdered many more. Johannes M., 40, was originally arrested .
In August of last year in Berlin, Germany, on suspicion of murdering four people. He was described as having a “lust for murder.”
However, after the exhumation and examination of the corpses of former patients, the number of suspected victims increased.
As of right now, Johannes M. faces 15 murder charges. Five additional corpses are scheduled to be unearthed, while 75 more fatalities are currently being investigated.
According to a public prosecutor’s office representative, “he is accused of giving his patients an anesthetic induction agent and then a muscle relaxant without their knowledge or consent.”
