Santiago acknowledged the allegations of one act of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of producing child pornography during the trial on Tuesday.
Santiago was also discovered to have downloaded and shared “extremely harsh” child pornographic material over a number of social media sites and instant messaging apps.
He was given a 17-year prison sentence, barred from seeing his daughter within 500 meters, and had his parental rights revoked for ten years.
