A father in Connecticut is accused of using a baseball bat to kill his 12-year-old son after hearing voices.

The Branford Police Department claims that on May 1, Anthony Esposito Jr. murdered his 12-year-old son, Anthony P. Esposito, on Hemlock Road.

A lady called police to claim that Esposito Jr. had killed someone in the house, according to an arrest report that the Hartford Courant saw. Esposito Jr. allegedly left in a Chrysler Pacifica while officers were responding.

A paramedic declared the man dead at the scene after police entered the house and discovered him suffering from obvious head injuries.

Esposito Jr. reportedly had a traffic stop by troopers. Esposito Jr. claimed police he heard his mother’s and father’s voices in his brain, according to the arrest report.

Esposito Jr. allegedly told investigators that his kid frequently gave him the finger and behaved in a “disrespectful” manner.

According to the suspect, he heard his parents’ voices telling him to stop his son from acting disrespectfully. He also claimed that he was abused as a child by his parents.
