The WWE Hall of Famer ‘The Sheik’ has a nephew named Sabu, who was from Michigan. Before joining ECW, Sabu ‘cut his teeth’ in Japanese death bouts, according to his WWE biography.
Later, he and Rob Van Dam became one half of one of the most famous tag teams in wrestling, and he gained notoriety for his audacious acrobatics.
AEW and the wrestling world mourns the passing of Sabu.
From barbed wire battles to unforgettable high-risk moments, Sabu gave everything to professional wrestling.
