A homeless guy raped a woman on a train, and the passengers are facing charges.

 

Including passengers who may have used their mobile phones to record the assault, rather than stepping in or calling for help.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) did not notify police until a female employee observed that “something wasn’t right” with the victim.

According to Bernhardt, the assault continued for approximately eight minutes until SEPTA officers from the next station entered the train compartment. Officers reportedly had to physically separate.

The suspect from the victim, as the incident was still in progress when they arrived. Authorities said that not a single witness called 911 during the entire ordeal.

According to KTLA, police began reviewing the behavior of those on board at the time to determine whether any could face legal consequences for filming the incident.

 

The Menendez brothers will be given a day in court to serve their resentment. The judge denies the D.A.’s motion.

According to HPD, a man was stabbed after sharing a video of remains discovered at a mortuary.
