A guy who was allegedly captured on camera sexually assaulting a body on a New York City subway train earlier this month has been detained and charged by the city’s police.
According to a news statement issued by the NYPD on Monday morning, Felix Rojas, 44, was detained and placed under arrest on Sunday night on a charge of first-degree rape.
According to the sites, police believe Rojas, a resident of Brooklyn’s Bensonhurst, is the guy who was seen on CCTV on April 9 having sex with a deceased person while riding.

The victim as 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez after speaking with his divorced wife, who expressed horror at learning of the crime.
