A guy who was allegedly captured on camera sexually assaulting a body on a New York City subway train earlier this month has been detained and charged by the city’s police.
According to a news statement issued by the NYPD on Monday morning, Felix Rojas, 44, was detained and placed under arrest on Sunday night on a charge of first-degree rape.
According to the sites, police believe Rojas, a resident of Brooklyn’s Bensonhurst, is the guy who was seen on CCTV on April 9 having sex with a deceased person while riding.

The victim as 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez after speaking with his divorced wife, who expressed horror at learning of the crime.
When Gonzalez was barely 15 and celebrating her quinceañera, the wife, who went by Teresa, met her. According to the site, the couple came to the United States to start.
